DIYourtravel is a free platform for browsing and creating travel itineraries. The site works without registration: by using it you accept these terms.
2. Use of the site
You can use the site for personal purposes. You may not:
- Copy contents en masse to republish elsewhere
- Use bots/scrapers to extract data
- Attempt to violate the site's security
- Send us illegal, offensive or copyright-infringing content via the "Help us" form
3. Information disclaimer
Itineraries and information on the site are suggestions, not guarantees. Always verify hours, prices, visas, weather and safety conditions before leaving.
DIYourtravel is not responsible for:
- Errors, omissions or outdated information in itineraries
- Travel decisions based on the site's content
- Negative experiences with recommended hotels, restaurants, activities
4. Affiliate links
Some links on the site are affiliated. If you book through these links we receive a small commission. The price for you doesn't change and our opinion on the content is not influenced.
5. User content (community)
By submitting an itinerary through "Help us" you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it on the site, possibly modified for style consistency. We'll credit you as author if requested.
6. Shareable links
When you generate a shareable link from the "Save / Share" button, your itinerary content is uploaded anonymously to Supabase Storage to create a public URL. Anyone with the URL can view the itinerary. To request removal of a link write to info@diyourtravel.com.
7. Service availability
We do our best to keep the site always online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted continuity. The service is provided "as is".
8. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date: please check it periodically.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Rome.
